The penetration direction of steel frame structure bolts is based on the convenience of engineering construction, and each connection point should be neat and consistent. Insert the high-strength bolts and tighten them with a wrench, then remove the temporary bolts and replace them with high-strength bolts. 2. The tightening of high-strength bolts must be carried out in stages. The first time is the initial twist: the initial torsion is tightened to 60% to 80% of the standard load of the bolt (that is, the design pre-tension force). The second tightening is the final tightening, and the torsional shear type high-strength bolts should be unscrewed first by the red plum chuck. 3. After the hoisting completes a construction work surface and the steel structure forms a stable frame module, install high-strength bolts gradually. 4. Pay attention to the orientation when installing high-strength torsional shear bolts: the sealing ring of the bolt is installed on the nut side, and the rounded side of the sealing ring hole should touch the nut. 5. The bolts after initial screwing must be marked for identification. In order to avoid missing screwing, the high-strength bolts installed on the same day should be finally screwed on the same day. 6. Both the initial tightening and the final tightening need to be tightened symmetrically from the center of the bolt group to the surroundings. 7. Due to the narrow area, the high-strength bolt wrench is not suitable for the actual operation position, so a widened waterproof casing or a manual wrench can be used for installation. 8. The torsional shear type high-strength bolts should be completely unscrewed with the red plum blossom chuck at the end, and it is forbidden to ignore it.
