Quality inspection method of high-strength bolts

2023/07/23

The quality inspection of high-strength bolts can generally be divided into two stages. The first stage is the process inspection based on the production process, and the second stage is the quality inspection of high-strength bolts after fastening. These two inspections are very important, but the inspection of the first step directly determines the connection quality of high-strength bolts. The specific content of the inspection in the first stage is the mechanical method and equipment process of high-strength bolts; the processing method and summary of the joint surface; the general theory and tightening methods of high-strength bolts, etc. The inspection of equipment and technology is the key point and important point in the quality inspection of high-strength bolt engineering construction. Specific content of the second stage of inspection 1. It is required to inspect the large-angle high-strength bolts. It is required to use the small hammer beating method to investigate the high-strength bolts to avoid missing screwing. This method is usually to clamp one side of the nut with your fingers. According to the position, if the fingers feel slender and trembling, they should be as close as possible to the place where the nut is close to the sealing ring, and then use a 0.3~0.5kg heavy hammer to strike the other side of the nut. 2. Quality management and inspection of torsional shear high-strength bolt joints. Due to its structural characteristics, during the construction process, the part of the plum blossom stem can bear the counter torque, so the plum blossom head is partially twisted. In other words, the foot.bolt connection pair has increased the same torque. Therefore, during the inspection, it is only necessary to estimate that the plum blossom head is twisted even if it is qualified. However, the special wrench cannot be used for the anchor bolts at a single position, and it is required to follow the inspection method of the high-strength large hexagonal bolts with the same aperture.
