Pay attention to several aspects of safety measures when using super long bolts

2023/07/26

As the scale and methods of projects are becoming more and more import-substituting, there are more and more large-diameter, overweight and super-long bolts in infrastructure construction. It is a difficult point how to install super-conventional pre-embedded bolts accurately, efficiently and economically. Then the safety measures during assembly are also what we should pay attention to all the time. Then there are several aspects to be paid attention to in the application of super long bolts: (1) The erected control platform and observation platform must be firm and not shaken, and safety belts should be worn when working on the operating platform. (2) Construction power consumption facilities and lighting fixtures must be connected to the temporary power system software that has passed the project acceptance. (3) When using a crane to place bolts, there should be professional guidance. (4) After the bolts are placed behind the board support, they should be calibrated and fixed immediately to avoid falling over. (5) Construction workers should wear protective equipment, and workers who cooperate with welders should wear colored glasses to avoid arc welding arc fatigue. (6) Arc welding construction operations must apply for hot fire permits, and no inflammable materials can be piled up around the construction area. (7) The operating staff shall carry out environmental protection and safety education and training before entering the site, so as to improve the staff's awareness of environmental protection. (8) The red paint and ink used for accurate measurement marks on the job site should be properly stored during the whole operation process to prevent them from being spilled on site.
