Bolt pre-embedded method for grid steel structure

In the actual construction process of the project, there are many problems that need to be paid attention to during the construction of the special steel bolts placed on the top of the column. Now I will tell you how to deal with the embedded steel structure bolts, so as to facilitate better use by users. According to the relationship with basic concrete engineering construction, it can be divided into direct burial and post burial. Before pouring concrete, position the bolts first, and after pouring concrete, bury the bolts in the well; when pouring concrete, the bolt holes are pre-buried for laying, when the concrete reaches a certain hardness, insert the bolts, and pour concrete twice. The direct-buried anchor cable with special bolts for steel structure is characterized by concrete pouring once, with uniform compressive strength, strong consistency, and high shear strength. The disadvantage is that the bolt does not have a solid fulcrum, and if the bolt is not positioned correctly, the solution is very complicated. The characteristic of the post-buried bolt is that the bolt has a stable fulcrum (the basic concrete has a certain compressive strength), and its positioning is accurate, and it is not easy to deviate; the defect is that the hard bottom of the pre-embedded concrete hole after pouring is very easy to form gaps in the middle of the original concrete, which reduces the overall tensile strength and directly affects the overall durability of the structure. Now factories usually use the method of direct buried bolts. When the special bolts for steel structure are put into the foundation bolts, the mold should be made according to the position of the bolts. Because there are many bolts, in order to weld and fix the bolts well, use galvanized angle steel molds. In order to better and accurately locate, the standard position should be defined first. Usually, the center of the column is used as the selection point. According to the positional relationship between the center of the column and the bolt and the diameter of the bolt, the twist drill is precisely positioned on the mold. The hole diameter is 2mm larger than the bolt diameter. The mold is placed on the wooden template. In order to better ensure the vertical angle, the wooden formwork of the basic short column should be sawed into a plan. In this way, the bolt is not easy to shake up and down after being inserted into the mold. When we are making special bolt embedded parts for steel structures, we must actually operate and implement them according to the regulations, otherwise the use in the middle and late stages will outweigh the gains. This problem has always been concerned and paid attention to by people.
